Our Quotation & Translation Process

To request a quote please email us at translation@chitenco.com. Please do not forget to attach your files to be translated and send any information required to process your request such as Your Name, Telephone, City, Source and Target Languages, Subject, Word Count, Target File Format, DTP Requirements, Deadline, Comments.

It is very simple to work with us:

1. Send the documents to be translated, any available samples, or just description of the translation project to translation@chitenco.com or contact us to upload the files onto our ftp server.
2. We confirm receipt of the documents and email you back with a Quotation usually within several business hours after receiving your request.
3. Upon your approval and confirmation of our offer, the translation and proofreading jobs are assigned to experienced and qualified translators.
4. After proofreading, the translation is sent back to you by the agreed deadline. Please confirm receipt of the documents by e-mail or phone.
5. We send you an invoice for the work done usually within 48 hours after the translation is forwarded to you.
6. Payment* is expected within 30 days after the translation is sent to the Client unless otherwise agreed. Please use this period to evaluate the translation and let us know about any suggestions or comments regarding the completed project.

*We accept secured payments through PayPal, mailed cheques, wire and Western Union money transfers. If you use a method of payment different from mentioned above, please contact us by e-mail translation@chitenco.com to discuss the issue.
